Use the Configuration > Policy > Allowed/Blocked Lists page to configure lists that define trusted and known bad hosts and senders and a list of whitelisted URLs.- Messages from the Allowed list bypass anti-spam filtering.
- URLs in the whitelist are not rewritten if the ToC policy is configured to skip these URLs.
- On the Configuration > Policy > Allowed/Blocked Lists page, click the appropriate list. The List Editor dialogue box appears.
- Select the Sender tab.
- In the Add Entries text box, enter the IT-Seal IP address, then click Add.
- Click OK.
If allowing the transmitters fails, you may need to make further system adjustments. Under "Further resources" you will find further assistance that may be useful to you during the set-up.
